No Refunds / No Chargebacks
All donations are final and non-refundable. If a chargeback is filed, the associated account will be permanently banned without exception. -
Voluntary Contribution
Donations are voluntary contributions to support the server. The Maple Points received are a token of appreciation, not a purchase. -
Cosmetic Items Only
Maple Points can only be used for cosmetic and convenience items in the Cash Shop. No pay-to-win advantages are offered. -
No Transfers
Maple Points cannot be transferred between accounts. Make sure you are logged in to the correct account before donating. -
Banned Accounts
If your account is banned for violating server rules, donated Maple Points will not be refunded or transferred to another account. -
Server Changes
The server reserves the right to modify, rebalance, or remove Cash Shop items at any time. Donations do not guarantee the permanent availability of any specific item. -
