By creating an account and using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not register or use the service.

2. Description of Service

This is a free-to-play private MapleStory v83 server operated as a fan project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Nexon or any official MapleStory service.

3. Account Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must provide a valid email address during registration for account recovery purposes.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use any unauthorized third-party software, hacks, bots, or exploits.
• Engage in any form of harassment, hate speech, or discrimination.
• Sell, trade, or transfer accounts or in-game items for real-world currency.
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the server or other users accounts.
• Advertise or promote other private servers or unrelated commercial services.

5. Donations

• Donations are voluntary and made to support server operations.
• Donation rewards (Maple Points) are virtual goods with no real-world monetary value.
• Donations are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to modify donation rewards and pricing at any time.

6. Privacy & Data

• We collect minimal data: username, email, IP address, and gameplay data necessary for server operation.
• Your email is used only for account recovery and important service announcements.
• We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
• Passwords are stored using industry-standard bcrypt hashing.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these terms or the server rules. Upon termination, all associated data may be deleted.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data preservation, or uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any loss of in-game progress, items, or data.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
