Party Quests (Alternative Leveling)

Party Quests offer bonus EXP and unique rewards. Most can be completed solo on this server. These are excellent alternatives to grinding, especially in the mid-level ranges.

Kerning PQ
Lv. 21 - 30
Navigate obstacle stages in Kerning City. Great early EXP and team coordination practice.
Carnival PQ
Lv. 30 - 50
Competitive PQ -- summon monsters to earn points. Fast EXP and Maple Coins for rewards.
Ludibrium PQ
Lv. 35 - 50
Collect passes in the Toy Factory. Excellent EXP per run, good loot.
Orbis PQ
Lv. 51 - 70
Multi-stage tower exploration. Orbis Rock drops and solid EXP per clear.
Magatia PQ (Romeo & Juliet)
Lv. 71+
Story-driven PQ with boss fights. Top-tier EXP and Alcaster's earring rewards.
Horntail PQ
Lv. 100+
Pre-quest line for Horntail boss. Excellent EXP and end-game preparation.

Class-Specific Training Tips

Each class has different strengths for training. Here are some tips to maximize your EXP per hour based on your job.

Warrior
  • Lv. 30-70: Power Strike and Slash Blast clear groups fast
  • Lv. 70+: Rush + mobbing skills for map control
  • 4th Job: Brandish / Rush / Brave Slash dominate LHC
  • Best at: Wild Boar Land, Skelegons, LHC
Magician
  • Lv. 30-70: Element advantage matters -- match skills to mob weakness
  • Lv. 70+: AoE skills like Ice Strike or Explosion shine
  • 4th Job: Blizzard/Meteor/Genesis clear entire maps
  • Best at: Ant Tunnel, Omega Sector, Temple of Time
Bowman
  • Lv. 30-70: Arrow Rain/Eruption for vertical maps
  • Lv. 70+: Strafe for single-target, Arrow Rain for groups
  • 4th Job: Hurricane / Piercing Arrow for insane DPS
  • Best at: Flat maps like Mu Lung, Nautilus, Orbis Tower
Thief
  • Lv. 30-70: Savage Blow / Lucky Seven for fast kills
  • Lv. 70+: Band of Thieves / Avenger for mobbing
  • 4th Job: Assassinate / Shadow Meso for fast grinding
  • Best at: Maps with tight spawn, Kerning Subway, Skelegons
Pirate
  • Lv. 30-70: Somersault Kick / Invisible Shot for range
  • Lv. 70+: Buccaneer Blast / Ice Splitter AoE
  • 4th Job: Demolition / Rapid Fire are top-tier
  • Best at: Nautilus, Pig Beach, Goblin Forest, LHC

General Training Tips

Always Use Buffs

Type @buffs before every training session. The free buff package includes Haste, Bless, Holy Symbol, and more. Holy Symbol alone gives +50% EXP!

Party Bonus EXP

Training in a party gives bonus EXP to all members on the same map. Even a 2-person party significantly boosts EXP rates, especially at LHC and Temple of Time.

EXP Coupons Stack

Buy EXP coupons from the Cash Shop or @shop. They stack with Holy Symbol and server EXP rates for maximum gains. Check @showrates to see if a server-wide EXP event is active.

Monster Book Cards

Collect Monster Book cards while training -- once you complete enough sets, you earn special ring rewards from the Monster Book NPC. Some rings give significant stat bonuses. Use @book to check progress.

Avoid EXP Loss

Dying costs ~10% of your current level's EXP. Use Safety Charms (Cash Shop) to prevent EXP loss on death. At higher levels, losing 10% can mean hours of grinding wasted.

AFK Fishing

When you need a break, head to the Fishing Lagoon (type @fish). You earn EXP, mesos, and items while AFK. It is a great way to gain passive progress.
