1. General Conduct

• Be respectful to all players and staff members. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or threats of any kind will not be tolerated.
• No impersonation of GMs, Admins, or other players.
• No begging for items, mesos, or NX from staff members.
• English only in public chat channels (smega, buddy chat, guild chat are exempt).

2. Prohibited Software & Exploits

• No hacking, botting, or cheating of any kind. This includes speed hacks, god mode, vac hacks, auto-clickers, packet editors, and any third-party programs that give an unfair advantage.
• No exploiting bugs or glitches. If you find a bug, report it to staff immediately. Abusing exploits will result in a permanent ban.
• No client modifications except those explicitly approved by the server (e.g., HD resolution mod).

3. Account & Trading Rules

• Account sharing is discouraged. You are responsible for all actions taken on your account.
• No real-money trading (RMT). Buying, selling, or trading in-game items/accounts for real money is strictly prohibited.
• Scamming is prohibited. Any form of trade scam or deception will result in a ban.
• One account per person. Multi-accounting to abuse events, voting, or other systems is not allowed.

4. Chat & Communication

• No spamming in any chat channel, including smega spam.
• No advertising other private servers or services.
• No inappropriate names for characters, guilds, or pets. Offensive names will be forcibly changed or the account banned.

5. Gameplay Rules

• No kill-stealing (KS) on occupied maps. If a player is training on a map, move to another channel or map.
• No map hogging. Do not hold maps you are not actively using.
• No item duplication. Duplicating items through any method is a permanent ban.

6. Penalties

• 1st offense: Warning or temporary ban (1-7 days) depending on severity.
• 2nd offense: Extended ban (7-30 days).
• 3rd offense: Permanent ban.
• Severe violations (hacking, duping, RMT) may result in an immediate permanent ban without prior warning.

Staff reserves the right to modify these rules at any time. It is your responsibility to stay informed of rule changes. Ignorance of the rules is not a valid defense.
