Launch Grand Launch Update

The server launches with a huge set of custom quality-of-life features, a full web panel, fishing, retention systems, and over 65 player commands.

Fishing System

  • 3 bait tiers — Basic, Premium, and Master bait with increasing catch rates
  • 2 fishing rods — Standard rod and a Pro Rod with bonus EXP/Meso
  • Level-scaled rewards — higher level means better catches and more EXP/Meso
  • 56 reward items — equips, scrolls, crafting materials, rare drops, and more
  • Daily 3x bonus on first 10 catches each day
  • Fishing events with boosted rates, GM-triggered or scheduled
  • Milestones at 100/500/1000/5000 catches with NX and item rewards
  • Full leaderboard and @fishstats tracking

Cash Shop & Economy

  • Multi-currency — NX Credit, Maple Points, and NX Prepaid all work
  • 49+ items including Safety Charms, Wheels of Fortune, Pet Food, Megaphones, Teleport Rocks, Slot Expansions, EXP/Drop Coupons, Gachapon, and Store Permits
  • Maple Points visible and functional (was previously hardcoded to 0)
  • Hot-reloadable items — no restart needed to add or change CS items
  • Cash Shop accessible inside the Free Market

Player Panel

  • Type @panel in-game to open a personal web panel
  • Quick Actions: buff all, heal, warp (24 maps), save, clear inventory
  • VP Shop: spend Vote Points on Auto-Buff (30 VP), NX (50 VP), or Buff+Heal (1 VP)
  • Auto-Buff premium service — server automatically re-applies 12 buffs every 3 minutes for 3 days
  • Works from any browser, no game client required for quick actions

Retention & Progression

  • Daily login bonus — meso reward scaled to character level
  • 7-day login streak — escalating meso rewards plus bonus items on days 3, 5, and 7 (resets on missed day)
  • Online time rewards — meso + EXP every 30 minutes while playing
  • Quest Points — 5 per quest, 10 per event; 100 points = +1 Fame
  • Auto-broadcast — 13 rotating tip messages every 5 minutes
  • Rebirth system at Level 200 with fame rewards and stat resets

Website & Community

Security & Stability

  • Full anti-cheat system — speed hack, teleport, vac hack, and god mode detection
  • Account lockout after 5 failed login attempts (15 minute cooldown)
  • Two-factor authentication (TOTP) available for all accounts
  • Rate limiting, CSP headers, and CSRF protection on all forms
  • GM action logging for all administrative actions
  • 30+ server-side crash fixes and null pointer guard patches

Quality of Life

  • Explorer-only server — Warrior, Magician, Bowman, Thief, Pirate (no Cygnus/Aran)
  • Item expiry extended to 30 minutes (was 3 minutes)
  • Party quest bonus EXP now properly active (was broken since 2015)
  • Coupon rate buffs fixed for all NX coupon items
  • Multiple merchants per character allowed
  • FM warp from any map
  • VIP teleport rock item loss bug fixed
  • Monster Card system with alerts and @book command
  • GM Panel with 5 tabs for server management
