He also proceeded to challenge me to prove that I deserve to learn the new skill. To prove it, I must head over to Map #130020000, enter the 3rd Drill Hall, and bring back Proof of Qualification...

I was able to defeat the boss monster and bring back Proof of Qualification. Hawkeye told me that I deserved to learn the new skill and taught me something called the Barrage.
