I have finally reached the level it takes to receive an assignment as a Cygnus Knight. I'll need to visit the Tactician for Cygnus Knights, Neinheart, for an assignment.

I finally received the first assignment from Neinheart, asking that I head over to Map #100000000 in Victoria Island and provide support for Agent Roca.
