Since adolescent Werewolf is going through puberty, you should visit Scadur of Map #211000000 and ask for some good advice.

Scadur says that Wolf Pups need to freely run around fields every once in a while and introduces you to a great spot. Head to Map #921110000, located past the Wolf-Shaped Rock in Map #211050000, and let your pup get some exercise running around the field.
