You need to go see the pack of wolves that are here to meet Werewolf. They are apparently waiting at Map #914030000, which is connected to Map #140010100.

When you told them you weren't interested in returning him, the wolf decided to give you a test to see if you're worthy of raising a wolf. Now you just need to eliminate all the Wolf Underlings Head Wolf has summoned.
