He thinks that the ominous feeling he's been getting as of late may have something to do with the Disciples of the Black Magician... Baine thinks it is possible that the Black Magician's Disciples are still in Victoria Island, and asks me to hunt down 20 red snails and 20 pigs and to bring back 1 Black Magician's Token.
