What do I need to do to make the job advancement to becoming a Pirate? I should talk to Olaf in Lith Harbor.

Olaf says that you can job advance to become a Pirate once you reach Level 10 by choosing to become a Pirate in Lith Harbor. They say that in order to become a Pirate, you have to talk to Kyrin of The Nautilus... I'd better figure out how to get to The Nautilus on the World Map (W) so I don't get lost on the way.
