Raise the Rep!

Captain Al's next mission is for me to reach 1,000 Rep! It's not an easy task by any means. According to Captain Al, this number cannot be achieved without the leadership and the overall support I provide to the Juniors. Captain Al gave me a clue in that I should help Juniors acquire EXP and help them Level Up as much as they can. EXP... leveling up... HOW?
