You must have a noisy instrument in order to enter the Dark Portal in Map #104040002.
He says he'll make you a loud instrument if you bring him the following materials.
Orange Mushroom Cap(a drop item from Orange Mushrooms)Octopus Leg Stick(a drop item from Octopuses. There is a portal near the yellow barricade in Map #103010000 which leads to a hidden map where many Octopuses can be found.)
Pumpkin Head(a drop item from Ribbon Pigs that can be easily found in Map #103020100.)
Report back to #@1052001:# in Kerning City when you finish collecting all the items.
