After obtaining the Item #4031094 by destroying the dollhouse the monster disguised as, I went down to the Lost Time to find Grandpa Clock. But it seemed like instead of him helping me fix the clocktower, he was about to die first, so he wanted me to take down some monsters called Tick-Tock and pick up the Item #4031098 that they possess. I better get them before Grandpa Clock dies.
