I received permission to go all the way to Map #270030500. If I want to go beyond that, I need to take a test. I should go to Temple Keeper to receive the test.

I defeated Lyka. Temple Keeper granted me permission. I should be able to go past the Road to Oblivion now.

There's no reason to believe that yet, but we should check just in case. Go visit #b#p2140003##k and ask what happened to the Goddess' promise. He is the Record Keeper of everything, so he is the only one who would be able to tell you.
