I'm sure I received the storybook after helping out the brothers Chil Sung and Chil Nam. Where did it go? Should I go see Chil Nam again?

Wiz the Librarian# from Helios Tower Library has requested me to get Item #4031237 for him. I was pretty sure I received it while helping out the brothers Chil Sung and Chil Nam, but I can't find it for some reason. I visited Chil Nam and explained the matters to him, and he made a deal with me. If I give his brother 5 Item #4000095s, then he'll give me the storybook.
