After defeating Horned Tail, I was able to acquire Nine Spirit's Egg. I better take it to Nine Spirit's nest and see what happens.

When I placed the egg on the nest, the egg hatched, and a baby dragon emerged from the nest.

After returning Nine Spirit's Egg onto its nest, the baby dragon hatched from the egg. As soon as the dragon emerged, it coughed for a little bit, and spat out Dragon Stone.
