Strange Guy lives outside Map #260000000. He claims to be a member of the Sand Bandits, the secret organization in Map #260000000. If he's a Sand Bandit, then there's got to be a lot of things he should do for these good people. What else is there for me to do?

Strange Guy told me he'll need a poisoned needle to steal a treasure from the queen, and asked me to get Cactus Thorn for him. Since this is for the Sand Bandits, this shouldn't be too hard to do.
