I found a mysterious book deep in the Map #230000000 sea while exploring. It is Bowman-related and mentions mastery of a skill known as Eye of the Heart. There's also a fading inscription about obtaining something from the book itself. Could this be a skillbook? I must find out! Wiz the Librarian knows a lot about books. I should ask if he can decipher anything useful from this book...

Wiz the Librarian read the book and speculated that the book must've been written with invisible ink to conceal valuable information. Clever...but not impossible to break. He says I have to get a special type of ink in order to read it. He can use the ink to restore the inscriptions so it is once again readable. The ingredients are Item #04000183, Item #02022000, and Item #04006000...I hope this isn't all for naught...

I found the ingridients and returned them to Wiz the Librarian. He said making the ink takes a bit of time, so I'll have to wait until it's ready.
