I spoek with Raul the Knight, who mentioned that the dragon is not at its full power yet. I must find a way to increase its power further...perhaps through a ritual or item?

Raul has agreed to help me further. He told me to gather 30 Item #04031483 if I want to raise Quest #2321003's power. I should be able to strengthen the dragon even more!

After a long hunt, I gave Raul Item #4031483. Using it in an ancient ritual, he increased Quest #2321003's power even more. Yet something tells me there is more power within the dragon, waiting to be unlocked...
