Huckle suggested that I go see Hughes the Fuse, the mad scientist in Orbis Tower.

I followed Huckle's advice and went to see Hughes the Fuse. Hughes the Fuse said that it's an interesting theory and said that we should try it on a summoned-being--a familiar. He says to get him the ingredients.... I can find everything else, but I'll need to see Huckle for Soul Pouch \r

Hughes the Fuse said it would take time to make Summoning Frame and told me to talk to him later. I will return in a little while to check on his progress
