I went and spoke with Ben, and he's trying to make a special flower for his wife called the Red Dahlia. He got injured and needs someone to collect the materials for him. I agreed to help, and bring back 30 Stiff Feathers and 3 Diamond Ore he needs to make the flower. Seems like a nice enough guy, shame he got injured, but I can get him what he wants...
